“The wine novices perfect paradise!”
We spent two idyllic nights with Liz and Joe learning about beautiful wine and enjoying great company! As I write this we are enjoying bottle of Trah Lah Lah 2007 which we brought home (amongst numerous others). We enjoy our wine but are by no means experts, and to experience a true vineyard with delicious food and fabulous company without feeling intimidated was just what we were looking for. The accommodation was excellent – the comfiest bed in France! We cannot wait to visit again!!
Thanks Joe and Liz…”

O’Vineyards main activity is making and selling wine. In a region where wine can be found in abundance, we are fortunate to be able to attract a high number of adventurous epicurean world travelers because of the good wine we serve generously to accommodate the fine food we provide.
Nothing is irrelevant to a wine enthusiast who likes to tour a winery/vineyard: the vines, the pruning, the harvesting, the winemaking process. We show our equipment and explain each step.
A thorough tour requires time and energy, and our international visitors evidently appreciate our efforts. And we thank them all. Cheers!
What are we serving up this week at O’Vineyards Winemaker’s Table?
The rest of the week, Liz treated our guests to many dishes, pairing with O’Vineyards wines including the new “Cuvée O’White”!
Paris, O’Vineyards and Cannes…We are very happy and proud to be part of Joyce and Jing’s honeymoon itinerary! In few days, they will fly back to Australia with a stop over in Singapore.
What a Fun day!
Alphonse, President of Prosper Montagné Carcassonne and Monique, Carcassonne City Hall have done a fantastic job organizing Saint Vincent day! Hours of Festivities, then over 300 guests were treated to a very special lunch!
Each winemaker brought their own bottle of wine! I prepared a GEROBOAM (3 liters contenance: 4 normal bottles…) with a special label for Saint Vincent, Patron Saint of the winemakers.
With Carcassonne Mayor, Joe and the other winemakers, Raymond and Jean Louis, marched in the Front Line. Two hours of parade with the musician thru the streets of Carcassonne, several stops then the church ceremony … with the blessing of the three wines.
