Proprietor's Reserve amongst the Stars

The newly book featuring Michelin Chefs of the Aude Cathare Region “Sur la route de Gilles Goujon” just released!  Stared Chefs included some of their favorite dishes coupled with regional wines. Jerôme Ryon, Hotel de la Cité, chose the Proprietor’s Reserve 2006, for his “Escalope de Foie Gras Poêlé”.

The book includes dozens of unique receipes from the French “Crème de la Crème” in the Cathare Culinary World.
